This email is typically an overnight process, so can take over 24 hours to be sent after your application is submitted. Please ensure that your referees are academics (professors, lecturers). It is advisable that you contact your referees prior to applying so they have some advance notice and can start preparing a letter before you apply. Send the documents directly to the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering. Transcripts and degree certificates issued in a language other than English must be accompanied by certified, word-for-word English translations. To be considered official, all academic records must be received by the department in envelopes that have been sealed and endorsed by the issuing institution.
