If the original transcripts (and the degree certificates from those institutions that do not indicate the awarding of degrees on the transcripts) are issued in a language other than English, you must have one official set in the original language delivered to the address provided below. A second official sealed set must be provided to a certified translator. The translator must provide a word-for-word translation of the transcript and notarize the translation. These documents must be put in a sealed envelope by the translator.
