A second official sealed set must be provided to a certified translator. The translator must provide a word-for-word translation of the transcript and notarize the translation. A study plan (statement of intent) outlining the applicant’s educational goals and career expectations. The study plan must indicate the applicant’s intended area of specialization: Clinical Social Work Practice, Leadership in the Human Services, or International and Community Development.
